College life in Ghanshyamdas Saraf college of arts and commerce

In the very first year of my BMS course, I had applied to Ghanshyam das college online and also collected vouchers from the college as it contains the code which is required to fill at the time of actually taking admission. I had paid my full-year college fees through my debit card because I didn't apply for an installment system. Yes, college does provide an installment facility for the students in the second and third years of their respective courses.

I currently pursuing BMS(Marketing) as my only focus to be in a product management team in order to acquire a position of a Product manager in a reputed company as it's my life goal. My classroom has the capacity of around 55-60 students and interacting with them really improve my English and boost my confidence to speak in English in front of my class while giving any presentations or any other occasion. The faculty is very supportive and even the office boy is nothing less than the mini google when it comes to any form queries or any library books. The professor's always solved all the questions of the students and never leave their children to hand until their completely doubt-free. They love to interact with the students and in every lecture, they propose new ideas of knowledge and share their personal experience so we can make better decisions and learn from their mistakes, And lastly for the exams, currently due to covid pandemic all means of exams are conducts through online, it's not hard.

The College had formed a separate club for the students who want to start their internship in their first year onwards. This club is known as placement cell and it's free of cost, every one it's eligible to join the club and there are no criteria regarding anything. The club contains all the offers of the company that are willing to provide internships to the fresher students and also provide certificates after completing their respective internships. You can do as much intern you like as the normal intern lasts for 3 months if the duration and after that, you can take a new internship and add experience to your CV.

The students from the third year are eligible for the campus placement and the student from 1st and 2nd years can take part in the placement cell for internship. Many companies had built their campus in the college like Hdfc, IDBI, TCS, etc. The average salary proposal offered by the company is between Rs 3,00,000/- to Rs 6,00,000/-. The company hires the candidate as per their need many students apply for the campus interview and many got their only family business to handle, the campus placement is quite decent and reliable. My future goal is to apply to the TCS company and give a good start to my carrier.

Ghanshyamdas Saraf college is a trustee college, so from the past few years, there are only very minimum hike in courses fees and it's very cheap compare to the facilities and the various environment that the college provides. The college has its own placement cell and even the first-year student can apply for it and start to do various small internships as their time and requirement. For my second year of fees, I applied to the college to pay my fees in installment and the college accept my request and even got concession in my second installment, I was really happy as the college understand their student's situations and the college also provide scholarship form to the back caste student every year and in the final year various company establish their campus on the college and provide placement for both fresher and experienced students.

MAUJ is the annual event of the college and it usually takes place in the month of December. In which all the kinds of competition take place such as Dancing, Singing, poster making, clay modeling, Mahendi competition and many more you can imagine. The college library is too spacious and all the academics books regarding any kind of courses that college provide and its all have many books regarding business, health, and fitness, fashion, magazine, etc. It has a public computer available for the student at the entrance of the library so you can check wheater the books you searching for is available or not. College also promotes sports outdoor sports like bat minton, cricket, football, etc and also held various competitions between colleges. The classroom contains a projector for the AV studies methods, and the college has various well perform club-like DLLE, placement cell, literature association, Rotract, cultural, club, and many more, and college do much social work with their student.
