Course Curriculum Overview
The studies in ISB & M is very good and they teach you how to work really hard and along with that how to party harder.All the courses provided are appropriate and the faculty is also very good. The college environment is very open and broad. The faculties are very supportive and helpful.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, college provide 6 months of internship. The maximum stipend was 25 k per month and minimum was 5k.PFB, the list of companies Agrotech Xerox, Pepsico, Aditya Birla, Fullerton, Bajaj Finserv, Honeywell, Bharti AXA, Deloitte, Carlsberg, ICICI , Raymonds and many more.
Placement Experience
College has a placement cell and they help us out in getting placed in different companies. If, rejected in one company ,they call other companies for Placements. All the students from Batch 11-13 were placed in different companies like LG, Raymonds, Fullerton, Deloitte, Citibank, Sony, Pepsico and so on.
College Events
The college main fest is held in the month of June every year. It is a all campus fest, where in all the competitions are held like dance, singing, ad- ad show, fashion show, extempore, Drama and so on. Every campus is given a budget for the event. The other main functions were into sport, trips to different places etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
Loan availability was there for with different banks. But I am not aware of the scholarships, Senior s got some scholarships but I am not aware of it.
Campus Life
The college life in ISB & M was awesome. It was open with the ratio 60-40 (60 male and 40 female). In college we used to have friendship day, diwali, christmas, new year, holi parties. If somebody gets placed, he/ she is supposed to throw party.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel and food facility was good and hygienic. It was in the open area with clean environment. The College in different other campuses also had the PG facility provided. The college had different hostel facility for girls and boys as well with proper security as well. The food menu was different for each day, the college also had canteen, if somebody is not interested in having proper meal and wants to have some side food.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, as I was a part of Alumni cell. The alumni network was strong. We used to have alumni meet every year at 3 different places : Gurgaon, Mumbai and Bangalore. They were also helpful in creating job opportunities for students on ISB&M across campuses.
Exam Structure
We had semester system. So exams were held thrice a year. Each semester had 7-8 subjects. The exams were held in college and it was more of case study based. The exams grades were based on CGPI which was out of 8. The MBA programme was supported by SHIATS university of Allahabad.
Admission
Got to know about the college fro Times of India and filled in the form for the direct college test. Cleared the GD and PI and got admission. Got selected for Pune campus, but due to some reasons had to shift to Gurgaon campus. The selection information was shared through a letter along with the fees structure as well.
Faculty
The faculties are very good in all the campuses of ISB & M. They are generally from A grade institutes. Some faculties are also from Companies. We do get guest lectures also in college. For better Personality development college brings on board good faculty for the same.
