Remarks
Counselling was done by the university, I got Delhi technical campus as my college, for BTech computer science course, no admission criteria, only 1 exam taken by ipu, and according to my rank, I was allotted the college, no age limit and min. marks criteria. I'm from the general category, I'm currently in DTC and pursuing this cse course in BTech.
Course Curriculum Overview
internal exams are taken once in a month in a sem, class tests are taken sometimes in between the sem, and frequent assignments for every module are given, the difficulty level of exams is good enough to test students, Teachers are good, qualified, even some of them have PhD degrees, but very few teachers have good teaching method, after all, you have to study on your own in the graduation, faculty of every subject is not available, a teacher takes two or even three of the subject. I was interested in the programming future that's why I chose this course.
Placement Experience
From the 7th semester, students are eligible for the campus placements, but% of placed candidates are very disappointing, highest package in my course was 9-11 LPA CTC and the lowest one was 2-4LPA CTC, 40% of students may be placed on the overall basis, many of the companies visited our campus including wipro, pepcoding etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost to study is around 5 lakh, including daily travel expenses and yearly fees, of course, my last year fees which I submitted is 114750. No, there than govt. scholarship offered by the institute, no financial assistance and job opportunities given by the Institute. I will give 2 stars for these opportunities.
Campus Life
Dance Society, Robotics society, awaaz society and many other clubs and social groups are maintained by the students. Our annual fest is Vikiran, most of the societies take part and organize different types of contests, many of the participants are there. The library has all of the books related to the course, and other magazines and journals to study. No other sports activities are allowed for the students, neither any types of equipment are present. classrooms have AC and light enough.
