Remarks
The minimum percentile required was 85 for the CAT exam. The admission process was very rigorous including GD, extempore, PI. I also applied to IMI New Delhi, Symbiosis Pune, and also LBSIM Delhi. I got a convert from LBSIM and was waitlisted in the other two. However, those 2 didn't get converted and therefore I was left with joining Fore School only.
Course Curriculum Overview
I wanted to do a dual specialization so that's why I choose PGDM core and moreover, this was the most popular course of this college. The faculty to student ratio is I think according to me 1:20. All the faculty are highly educated and all have PHDs and almost all of them are passed out from either IIMs or IITs. The term exams were also not very easy and we had to study very hard for them.
Internships Opportunities
The internship opportunities start coming in the college from the 1 trimester itself. All big companies come for internships and select students. Moreover, from time to time live projects opportunities also come for students for almost all domains like marketing, finance, sales, banking etc.
Placement Experience
The average package offered for the year 2020-2021 was 10.6 lakhs and the highest package was 27 lakhs in the area of marketing. Almost all students get placed every year and all the big companies come on the campus including Novartis, Gartner, the Big 4 etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for this year was 15,98,000 excluding the other deposits and charges. A bank loan would be easily available as the college falls under the A category of banks hence no collateral is required for the same. The college does not have its own hostel and students have to opt for the same from outside with the Collaboration with the college. There is a scholarship provided but it is on the basis of your 1 trimester marks and is provided in the 2 trimesters. The average placement package for the college is 10.2 lakhs.
Campus Life
Due to all this covid pandemic and all, we have not been able to go to college and all our activities, seminars, webinars and classes have been taking place online. The annual fest is called Genesis conducted by Nexus. Moreover there a total of 25 clubs and societies each with different work and in different domains.
