You can get admission in KK COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT in 2 ways ie, by giving Jee main exam > filling Jceceb Engineering entrance counseling form Or by simply through offline mode by going to college and taking admission... Yes, you can get admission in kkcem without going through any exam or interview.

Course Curriculum Overview

I like Civil Engineering and also KKcem is widely known for the Civil Engineering Branch as they get more placement in civil and have more students in civil too. The faculty in kk is good but students are fewer... About 50-70 in each branch maximum. Teachers are very talented and qualified, as it is not a gov. College so teachers focus on students more and set a hard paper for internal exams.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Placement Experience

KK College only got a placement of 10% in all the branches. Companies like Tata Steel Infosys Larsen and Toubro come every year and take 5-10 students from each branch and they pay you the average amount of 300000 rupees per year and the highest package up to now is 500000 rupees. Students are eligible to sit in placement from 3rd year and the placement ratio is not that good but she will get the best placement in KK college and most of the students who is not getting placements got a good percentage of marks in the competitive examinations.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are high here... You will be charged 40-50 thousand rupees for a semester... Scholarship opportunities are good in this college. The main scholarship schemes here are Kalyan and national scholarship. There are no in campus jobs or internships available here...

Campus Life

Campus life is quite awesome... This is a beautiful campus with very very many flowers and a garden and greenery and this campus also got a gym and all sports court. the infrastructure of KK college is very good as it has got very many buildings and they all are quite a great build

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities in KK college are very good but it is very expensive also. it is divided into two categories general and executive. in the general category we have got a common toilet and bathroom with rooms of three students and each room got two tables and two chairs and in the executive category, we have got a combined washroom with two persons in each room and 2 tables and 2 chairs and in both general and executive class cabinets are available

Hostel Fee: INR 36000 per year

INSIGHTS OF BIT MESRA

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem onwards students are able to face placements. Comapnies such as ZS, Deloite AB in bev microsoft visa comes here and normally takes 1-3 students. The highest package may vary from 40-50 lakhs and average is 4-5 lakhs. Internships opportunities are quite low here. In chemical enginnering only till now out of 120 students 20-30 got placed including out of campus palcements. I am hoping to do mba after pursuing the degree as there is less comapny visit for core branches.

The placement of IIT dhanbad is very good and it offers a average package of 24lpa with highest package of 66lpa this year. Also every year more than 70% students get placed in our college. Specially the core companies shows a lot of interest in our college like coal india, sail, gail, petroleum industries companies, mining companies , etc Average package of cse here is 28lpa with 90% placement rate. Average of electrical is 23lpa with placement rate of 80%. Similarly, every branch average package lies between 18lpa to 24lpa.

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is an engineering college and I choose this college for a Btech degree in civil engineering. The teacher faculty is pretty well they teach us and do many practical labs. The student ratio in my class is 50:11 which means 50 boys and 11 girls in my branch. Mainly they all are DR they have dr degrees and they method is simply not like an extraordinary teacher. In my college teacher took all the exams at timely and it is not very difficult to pass

Good aspects- college infrastructure, faculties.Bad aspect- placement is not so good.I have taken admission through jharkhand combined entrance competitive examination-2018, after that you have to choose your college through councelling and then you'll get a seat allotment letter.Lastly you have to reach that college with that seat allotment letter and all the prior documents of 10th and 12th to get the admission....Read More
