The admission process is very easy, first, the college released the merit list if your name in the merit list you received confirmation mail, after go to the document verification. Minimum 50% marks are required which you take the honours.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty is very supportive and knowledgeable, exams are always on time. The questions pattern is always on time. There is enough faculty to cover all the classes. All the professors are very well qualified, PhD College is under Calcutta university so the question paper is tough.
Internships Opportunities
Last month TCS hr recruiter has come to our college and selected 50 students for the internship. Every year 10-12 companies like IBM, hdfc come to our college. Tata, Bharti Airtel, IBM, TCS, cognizant, Wipro, HCL have come to our college for internship and placement related work.
Placement Experience
The students can enrol in the placement cell and top companies are coming to our college they hire our students. BCom, BBA placement is very high. The average package is 6 lakhs and the highest package is 7-8lakhs. My plan is to prepare for higher studies.
Fees and Financial Aid
If your 12th mark is 90% so after you taking admission half of the college fees is levied. BSc honours physics course fess 46000 per year, little expensive but it's ok. The fees are very high in comparison to other colleges
Campus Life
Life at the campus is amazing, Umang is our college fest is the very big and best fest in Kolkata. We have a huge library and ac, the computer is available. The students can take 2-3 books in the library. The classroom is very big and well equipped. The classroom has ac and CCTV camera. Our college supports us to participate in extracurricular activities like cricket, football and we have a very big sports room.
