Review on sharda university

My university is Among seven prestigious institutions in India and provides great opportunity to students in both knowledge and practical life skills. To take admission i filled a form and then got a mail regarding my entrance exam and other details. I filled everything and then i got selected on the basis of my marks on CAT. CAT / MAT both are accepted. This university was giving me everything i was looking for my MBA. The course that i pursued was MBA in finance and banking. I wanted a job in banking that's why i went for this course. The faculty student ratio was 15:1 and faculty members were really active. We had professors from recognized universities and they were really interactive. A batch of 20 teachers were there for our department. Semester end exams used to held after ever semester which was moderate to difficult to pass. I took help from my batch mates and prepared using past year exams. I used to score average.

Internships were not provided to us , the placement cell of my college was not that active. I opted for Internships outside college again. We used to manage our college studies and Internships together. I would request my college to improve placements.

I thought that the placement cell of my college was good but it wasn't. Only a small percentage of our students are placed. The highest salary package is 6 lpa , while the lowest is 1.8 lpa . The typical salary package is between 2-3 lpa . The majority of the businesses are in the education and sales sectors. Students are given internships at the company Shine Projects. Top positions available include sales executive, marketing executive, content writer, and so on. I got a job in ICICI bank as a banker but the job was from off campus.

The fees for my course which is MBA was 267800 for first year and 275834 for second year. Fees for international students was per semester. There were different scholarships on merit basis upto 100%. Scholarships for students from Sc, St categories were also there. You need to score above 87% to be eligible for the scholarships.

My University regularly hosts many inter and intra college fests and cultural events. While the intra college fests intend to explore the talents of the students.other than that we had a good library where one can find books from every department. The library had encyclopedias and magazines too. The classrooms were really big and air conditioners were there. We had a separate sports society ,The outdoor sports facilities include, a cricket ground, football ground, four basketball grounds, five badminton courts and four volleyball grounds. In indoor games we had chess, table tennis and badminton. Many superstars like Ranveer singh and Akshay Kumar also were seen in our Annual fests.

We have a plethora of hostels. In Delhi NCR, we have one of the largest international hostels. There is a separate hostel for MBBS students, as well as three hostels for national boys and three hostels for national girls. The cost of a hostel room is determined by The cost of a room such as the 3-bed room is 110000 without air conditioning. There are numerous PGs and private hostels within walking distance. Our campus is completely WiFi enabled, and our classrooms are digital. The labs are fully hi-tech, and the dining halls are well-managed, net, and clean. My college is located on 63 acres of land, so the infrastructure is excellent. It is one of Greater Noida's largest campuses. If anyone faces any issues with hostel facilities then they can contact administratives too as our hostel and college was ragging free.

At the time of my admission there was one faculty interaction only when i visited campus to submit my documents. Other than that there were no group discussion or personal interview. But they asked for LOR and certificates also if we have any paat work experiences.
