New IIIT in the Country is Going to be the Future of IIIT's

Atmosphere of this college is made for developers and coders.if you want to go into a college where everyone is talking about computers and innovation and coding and development then I think this college will be the right choice for u. **Placements are awesome so no need to worry about that.(remember u need to work hard in order to get it although u will be pushed to your limits automatically due to the amazing environment.) Edit: Don't join this college if you are an explorer and want an awesome campus life.

Course Curriculum is designed very well and is updated every 2 years which is very rare in India as majority of Very big colleges are following 10 years old curriculum. Academics run side by side along with other domains which one can explore in computer like web development, app development, cyber security, machine learning.etc

I am in very start of my second year in my college journey and right now I am doing my second internship at GetVu startup. I applied for these companies though Internshala. Many companies visits our college for internships but that is for 3rd year students. These also gives PPO to students if they perform well. Companies like codeNation, Microsoft, Flipkart comes to offer internships. Many students go for GSSOC or off-campus internships beforehand because of the skills they acquire and hard work they do within first two years itself. In Short, the skills you get in whole semester in other colleges, you are going to get that within in a month over here and I really mean it. There are regular coding competitions, coding classes, doubt clearing sessions by various clubs and skill test challenges are organized to keep up the momentum and coding environment.

The main highlight of my college are its placements because they are just awesome. Majority of the MNC's and famous companies visits our college for campus placements. If you are a good student and in top 50-60 percent then you will be able to get a 20lac+ package. Although, you need to work hard in this college which you will start doing automatically when you enter this college due to the amazing coding oriented atmosphere. This high package is not because of this college only, it just gives you a platform, rest is upon the student.

Fee structure is almost same if we compare this college to other IIT's and NIT's.You can complete your 4 year graduation under 10-12 lacs including hostels, mess and all other charges. Hostels are priced very reasonable over here which is a good thing. College doesn't not give any scholarships as of now but M.Tech students gets stipend if they enroll for TA ship(Technical Assistant of Teachers). Also, if you learn skills then you can do internships along with the curriculum like I am doing. You will be then able to manage majority of your expenses over here on your own.

Campus is still in construction/processing phase to be honest. Many stuff have been built and many things are still in process. We are having grounds for playing various games. Our Director sir is also very active when it comes to extra curricular activities. We are having clubs for music(Estrella), dance(Zephyr), drama(Goonj), fine arts(Utkrisht), literary(Crotonia) and my favorite After Dark (photography). We are also having an E-cell to promote startup ideas and a sense of entrepreneurship among students. Sports society is also there. And the most important clubs present in this college are Technical clubs for Development, competitive coding, cyber security and machine learning. These technical are responsible for such an awesome coding culture in our college. Basic Infrastructure is there like center building is fully air conditioned and computer labs with intel i7 processor along with air conditioned 24/7 library is also there. All the classroom have smart class projectors and fully air conditioned. Hostels are not air conditioned but are quite new and built well. They are spacious (one can easily play cricket in the corridor.XD). In short, it is not the best campus out there but it will give you everything you need and enjoy. And one more thing, our college is located in the heart of Lucknow capital city so one can easily enjoy the whole city including malls, fun parks, cinema.etc.

There are no group discussions or Interviews taken for admission. We have to give and secure a good rank in Jee Mains examination which is the only method of getting admission in this college. Required rank to get into this college is decreasing every year due to its placements in past 2-3 years.As of now, you must secure a rank below 10k in order to pursue a 4 year course in this college.
