Remarks
I am pursuing BBA from Jamia Hamdard. It is located in Delhi itself, south Delhi I had joined in 2019 and found the infrastructure was so good and the faculties are good. This college was considered as a deemed University. It is famous for pharmacy and it has its own hospital which is Majeedia Unani. But they offer various courses such as BBA MBA, Hotel Management, Humanity subjects, BCA, etc. For BBA admission criterion is 50% in 12th. They are giving admission for quota students as well as general students and fees are 1 lakh per year per semester 50000 rs. They are also giving placements but big companies didn't come and their mentoring is poor. Ragging is strictly prohibited here.
Course Curriculum Overview
Faculties members are so good but mentoring is poor. The presentation was held and various curriculum activities were also conducted here. I opt for this course to gain knowledge about business. Qualification of faculties is good but 2 to 3 teachers are called as a guest teacher. Some teach very well but some didn't teach properly. The exam was conducted in a timely but the questions are a little bit tough.
Placement Experience
In campus placement companies like TCS, Wipro, Pfizer, and many other small companies visit here. They didn't give an internship opportunity. I have done an internship myself. MBA students can get 12 LPA package offers from companies but for BBA average package is about 3 lack per year. After getting a degree, My plan is to do business myself.
Fees and Financial Aid
BBA fee structure is 1 lakh per year and 50000 per semester. They say they will give scholarships but they don't give and make delays. They never give financial assistance. But if someone has a backlog they charge 2000 rs per backlog here. Everything is too costly here. For placement companies like tcs Wipro and many other small companies vist here.
Campus Life
Good infrastructure and the big library were here and greenery also. Everyone behaves in a friendly manner and ragging is prohibited here. They Have their annual fest in which actors/singer like Javed Akhtar visits here And there is a shayri competition, a speech competition. Sports activities like cricket, basketball and badminton competition are conducted here. They have their own hospital called Majeedia. .
