Fostiima- An IIM faculty college

This college have IIM faculty that is their USP with IIM alumnus, this is the reason why there are no students get left when it comes to placements. Finance companies which comes in this college are from cream level, one can look for this college in marketing and finance.

If one is looking for college who have great academics and curriculum the he/she should look for Fostiima as their option because here the format is near to IIMs. Case study method is followed in Fostiima which is the new method of MBA teaching.

I Got my internship in DCM shriram where i got 12k stipend for 2 months. Companies that come here for internships are Bajaj finance, bajaj finserve, pnb metlife, dream rewards, smc global etc.My project was "Cost effective measures for talent acquisition" which made me to learn cost effective measure to hire talent.

Placements are good, average salary is 6 lacs with ample job opportunities, if no campus placements are offered then students are capable enough to get a job through LinkedIn which is the most popular job portal these days

Fee structure is quiet low than other B schools, I got my internship at DCM Shriram where I got 6k as monthly stipend which means 12k for 2 months. This internship was in HR which was the wonderful experience all around.

This year there was no campus life but still this campus managed to provide recreational activities. There are different committees for different categories and I was the member of Alumni committee which helped me in contacting FBS alumuni.

I didnt had any difficulties , college counsellors are too good, they provide hassle free counselling and guidance. Onboarding was too good by the admission team and the professors.
