Remarks
IIM Jammu is the newest IIM of all but still it is doing wonders in each department. Placement wise the average package is around 10.5-11 lpa with some big brands being regular on the campus. Infrastructure wise it is one of the best in 3rd gen IIM. Decent facilities for every need of a student. Have off campus at Srinagar which is an incubation centre for local demos.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is one of the best in the country. The rigour that we go through during 2 years of MBA is unmatched. Faculties are very well qualified and have immense knowledge in their respective feilds.
Internships Opportunities
I got Summer internship in the company named as Receivables exchange of India Ltd. It was an unpaid internship where I was a part of Business Development team and my project title was Buyer outreach - strategy and implementation.
Placement Experience
Being a 3rd gen IIM Jammu is doing pretty well in this particular domain. Avg placement goes around 11 lpa having highest package of 32 lpa . Brands like ICICI, Paytm, Delloite etc are the regular recruiter. Whole batch got placements.
Fee Structure And Facilities
For our batch the fees was around 13.8 Lakhs. There are need based scholarship which you get in the second year of your MBA and central government scholarship which you can apply based on the criteria or quota you have.
Campus Life
I was lucky enough to be on campus during the pandemic. IIMJ is a student run institute we have council to look after each and every student and to act as a liaison between student and Administration. There are total 12+ committees and 15+ active clubs. We have a multi-purpose ground which can be used for outdoor sports like cricket, football etc. We have one badminton, basketball and volleyball court.

Admission
There is no GD, for me the admission happened through CAP round where I appeared for Written test and then personal interview. WAT topic was Demonatization and it's effect on future economy while interview questions are generic in nature.
