Remarks

JEE Councelling depends on the date of JEE Advanced Examination. Roughly it will be 1 month after the exam. You can go to official website of IIT Ropar to know more details. The college is progressing at a faster rate compared to other IITs. So in the long run it will have a greater edge.

Course Curriculum Overview

Ratio is almost 1:1. Few faculties are not that great. This course has very high demand since it is a multidisciplinary branch. It mainly focuses on AI. Depending on the courses you also have a chance of going to CS and Finance.

Its excellent. Recently CSE department had 100% placements. Remaining branches also have a good placement. The process is going on. Once the process is done you can check it out in the official website of Placement cell for the details.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It depends on the family income. The division has three categories. Below 1L , 1 to 5L and > 5L. 30% reduction in fees for 1-5L. 60% reduction in fees for below 1L and no reduction for fees greater than 5L.

Its very good. Due to Covid we haven't enjoyed much. Many people and many cultures. Daily you learn something new and different if you interact with people. Infra is excellent and clubs run at good standards.

No group discussion. Its purely based on MPC at very high standards. There is JEE Mains exam which have to be cleared first and then after clearing you must pass JEE Advanced to get the college.

MY HONEST REVIEW ABOUT MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for the placements and they should not have any backolgs or reappers in the exam and they should have morethan then 5 cgpa . as i am from the 2nd yeari donot know more aboutm the placement offered made but the average packagr is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annual and around 70 to 80 percent of students are get selected in placement . and planns after getting the degree is to do higher studies in aerospace designing in the aircrafts.

Why I chose LPU ?

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

All about my college

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

Good College, Placement and Great Infrastructure and Facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty of Delhi University was fabulous well educated professors were there and in chandigarh University too the faculty is quite good and helping in nature. Faculty is always ready to help students at both universities. They teaching style is fabulous at both places. There were only semester exams in Delhi University and some internal tests and practical file marks were there butin chandigarh University we have exams every month this must be changed

The best out of best about iit ropar

I applied to iit gandhinagar electrical engineering and got rejected as my jee advanced rank was not as par as required to take the course.the admission process of our college is based on an examination called jee advanced and if u get a good rank and pass that examination u can enter our college.i also applied for iit hyd,iit jodhpur etc in which I have got an admission in another branch as I said earlier as I like the electrical engineering branch I joined iit ropar .or college might be worst in sports in comparison to other iits but they are always better than other iits in reasearch orientation side...Read More
