Remarks
First of all it is an institue of National Importance and students who come here are those who clear jee with good ranks.So i thought that will help me as a person to grow and develop.As we know that NITs are top engineering institues in our country, i always wanted to be there.Moreover i was able to get into CSE branch in VNIT.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose CSE clearly due to its scope and the amount of opportunities in this field.Moreover i had CS in my 12th, which i found very interesting.Hence i chose CSE in VNIT.CSE in Vnit is pretty good i woud say.Students are very competitive which pushes each one of us to work harder.This basically helps us in our growth and development.Faculties in my department are pretty good to be honest.They all are care about the students and are very helpfull.We had sessional based exam earlier till the pandemic came.But now we folow midsem pattern in online sem.Its easy to score as sessionals or midsem, so passing was not very hard if you prepare something and go.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunies are there in plenty for CSE students and its less for Non CSE students
Placement Experience
Internship and placement opportunities are really good for CSE students and average for other department.We have 100% placement for CSE and MECH.For CSE top companies are Goldman Sachs,Amazon,Wells Fargo,D E Shaw etc. And for non CSE there are companies like L&T, Texas Intruments which come to our college
Fee Structure And Facilities
I have seen many people getting government scholorships if their family falls under certain categories.VNIT also provides its own scholorships for deserving students apart from the government scholorships.This year VNIT decided to provide fee waiver for students who lost any of their parent.Talking about Jobs, i got internship into one of the IT company this week.There are many IT companies coming to our college to be honest.So for CSE students lot of opportunities are there.
Campus Life
Social life at VNIT is pretty good.We have lot of fests happenning in our college.Starting with our cultural fest which is AAROHI,it used to be 2-3 day event in which people all over central india come and participate.We also used to have concerts during this fest which is pretty amazing.AXIS is our technical fest which is also fun if you are someone who is interested in technical stuffs.Apart from that Institure gathering is one major event held in our college in which entire college students take part.

Admission
No admission was clearly based on JEE score.There was no other test or interview taken.So basically to get into VNIT you will need to clear JEE with good ranks, and if you are looking for branch like CSE then you need rank somewhat around 5-8K.If you belong to Maharashtra, then you will have some seats reserved for you.
