Remarks
Vikram Mishra from Faridabad pursuing a BSc in computer science from DAV centenary College. Have scored 60% in 12th and 74% in 10th respectively. I know c, c+, java and trying to get better at them. Dav centenary college is a great place for students as the fee structure or the teaching faculty is very nice here. In the last three years, I have learnt so much from the college and the best psrt is the NCC .
Course Curriculum Overview
I have always enjoyed using the computer. Teachers are kind and good here. There is a proper number of teachers here for students. All the teachers are highly educated and determined to work. The term exams are on 6 months gap twice a year and for me, it was quite difficult to pass them.
Internships Opportunities
I have not joined any internship program actually as I'm preparing for defence service and I don't want to go the other way around it was all like that and you can do it for yourself and your family. I've studied BSc for my bachelors and my love for computer now I can prepare for my dream to join Indian Army and serve the nation.
Placement Experience
From the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Companies such as Wipro, TCS, HCL, IBM etc have visited and made a good number of offers. The highest package I know is 6k pa which happened last year in TCS. Average 30-40% of students get the chance of placement. I am preparing for defence service.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is overall affordable for all the students as you have to just pay 1 lac for your b. Sc degree so is with BCA and only 60k for BCom, ba and many more. The fee structure is very nice and easy instalments make it easy for everyone. Scholarships are also provided to the merit list students or the ews category or the sc/st people depending on the student details. Job placement is quite interesting here as many companies like Wipro HCL TCS etc comes to hire students with a good package
Campus Life
Fest have not taken place since I've joined due to some notorious students and their behaviour. The library is very good you can borrow any book you want on your college id. Classrooms are big and nice with proper numbers of fans and light. Sports is also nice here. Sports like volleyball cricket football and much more is played here and the teams play to different places .social groups like NCC and NSS are also in the college which any student can join.
