Remarks

I have applied for a few more colleges but finally, I have taken admission in FIMT because I find good rating reviews and ratings on various websites. I am from the general category so I have not opted for any quota for admission. To get admission in BBA-LLB you need to qualify for IPU-CET and pass 12th with a minimum of 45% marks. I have fulfills all admission criteria so the college called me for counselling. I have attended the counselling process and it was just one day process to get admission to FIMT.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

I have studies BBB-LLB from FIMT which is one of the best courses offered by this college. For law courses, this college is well known under IPU and the college has a good number of seats also. Faculty members are always a plus point about this college because they are supportive, helpful, caring, encouraging and friendly. All faculty members are experienced and knowledgeable. College conduct semester exam every 6 months. There are only 35% marks required to get a pass in exam so it's not much difficult to pass semester exam.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have done BBA-LLB from this college and find fees is worth of money what I have paid during last 5 year. The per semester fees was around rupees 40000. Yes, the college provides scholarships to the student but for that, you need to pass an exam conducted by the college at the time of admission.

Campus Life

4.5

The infrastructure of the college is very good. All classroom has AC. The college has a medical room, gym, sports centre, mott court, computer labs, huge library etc. The whole campus of the college is wi fi enable and you can use it anywhere in college. The college has many social groups, clubs and societies run by college students only. Social groups conduct many events which help to develop leadership quality and get knowledge also. The college has NSS group also which do some social activity like free educated to poor children, free tree plantation etc.

Being very passionate about law it brought me closer towards the subjects i thought I'd never like. It's vast curriculum has made me like a lot of subjects and has also given me a real life applications and further academic achievement however I feel like the curriculum should focus on law subjects from the very beginning and teaching could be improved by further interactive session between students and faculty.

The curriculum is good for the real world applications as the course teaches us about the practical work. They can improve their course by adding more moot court practices during the semester and by giving the students the opportunity to practically utilise the bookish knowledge they are gaining.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very much practical knowledge based and helps the students to grow there legal reasoning which helps them to prosper in the profession. Also it helps them to read and correlate the real time judgements being passed, this curriculum prepares the students to understand the reasoning behind the judgements. Though the curriculum is practical knowledge based it still requires many improvements as these case are old and some of them are even overruled, also the we have to write very long answers which needs to be changed as new methods like ooen text book exams can be adopted to improving.

After 2 years of integrated courses, you can become eligible for a job. In law, there is no company, but if you have good communication skills, you will be placed in one of the high courts or supreme courts under a senior lawyer. I don't know much about packages. My plan was to go to Oxford University for further studies.
