Remarks

Very easy to get admission to RIMS. Applied to other colleges also but opted for RIMS for better placements. No minimum marks criteria in this college. You can get admission to an MBA even if you have less than 50%. NO age barrier. I took admission through the KMAT exam however you can take the admission without any exams also. Very good placement especially for the finance students.

Course Curriculum Overview

Chose the course for better career opportunities and placements. Around 250-300 students in MBA. Highly qualified faculties. Good teaching method. Term exams in every 6 months/ Semester exams. Very easy to pass.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for placements from the 3rd semester, Companies like Deloitte, PWC, KPMG, ey, Oyo, hosuing, axis, hdfc, uddan, federal, etc Highest salary by the federal bank of 13lakhs as a financial analyst. 99 percent placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

750000 for 2 years. No scholarship, Placed in OYO rooms in campus placement with a salary of around 40000 per month. No financial assistance. Good college. Very good. Best college. Best placement in Finance.

Gardenia, February, All books available in the library, projector, whiteboard, All sports like cricket, football, basketball, tt, Carrom. Indoor and outdoor games. NO social groups. Management clubs, Rotaract clubs.

Interview Experience

No GD in this college. Discussion with the placement department. Did not prepare anything. Good college, Best for placement in MNCs like Deloitte, PWC, EY, and KPMG. Companies like Oyo, Pepsi, housing, Naukri, etc come for marketing.

Nice MBA experience with an aesthetic campus and good placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

As iibs is providing good college placements with average package of 9.45 lakhs and highest package of 48 lakhs So don't need of focusing outside the college for placement I think iibs is provided better placement opportunities

Bridging the gap

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because to get good knowledge like finance and accounts marketing and sales in two years of my masters . The circulum was well prepared me in completing two years of my graduation by studing in my academic subject. There should be some changes need to be made by improving the course circulum and teaching methods like time table of exams class room time table College timings etc Yes the timimg of exams were not so easy it was very hard for me to go to college it was so far to go from home but the college has no buses facility and i have already try to reach so early.

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage
