College Review

It was through all Indian government counselling. The admission criteria is AIAPGET. The minimum marks is 50th percentile and the minimum age is 45 years. I have applied to many colleges but I get to know that gynaecology in Parul Institute of Ayurveda is outstanding.

It is a full-time 3-year course. I want to be a renowned gynecologist so I had choosen this course. The faculty-student ratio is 1:6. All faculties are BAMS, M.S, PhD, and all are very helpful and knowledgeable. Exams are always on time and easy to pass if we study hard

We don't get any extra intership period or time. Our practice is going along with our studies. In the morning time, I attend opd, ipd, and labor room, and after lunch classes are going on. Also, our duties are also placed at Parul Sewa ashram Hospital and there we get a lot to learn.

Every pg scholar gets placement after completion of the course. He/She can join Parul Institute of Ayurveda or any other college and get a job. Clinical students are interested in clinical practice and they easily set up their own clinic or hospital or can join private hospitals. The government sector also provides jobs. The highest package is 1lakh and an average of 50,000 we can easily get. I will start my own clinical practice after the completion of the course.

The fee structure is 3.75 lakhs per year. The total fees of the pg course are 11.25 lakhs. No scholarship and financial assistance is provided but we learn a lot here. Campus jobs are available for medical officer posts.

The campus is vibrant and the crowd is cheerful. Every year an annual fest was held and that time is the best time for us. We enjoyed a lot. Every festival is celebrated here with great interest and fun. All types of books are available in Library including novels, motivational books and journals regarding Ayurveda. There are many social groups, clubs and website which are run by students. Many competitions like Firefree cooking, poster competition etc which are run by pg scholars group
