Review -Ajk arts and science college Coimbatore

I opted for this college because is one of the best colleges in Tamilnadu and they give many placements and internship programmes. As many other colleges admissions are based on the marks obtained in class 12. There is an interview for the admission process. The students which scored high marks are selected until the seats are filled. Students can be also selected via sports quota.

The course was of 3 years which contains a total of 6 semesters. Instead of regular teaching, the faculties give opportunities to the students to learn themselves and provide facilities like a big library, computer labs which made students easy to learn. Then to the course is not easy to learn. The faculties are phd holders and they are very helpful and ready to clear the doubts of the students. There were about 80 students in my class and for each subject, there were different well-qualified faculties. Some faculties even have experience upto 20 years in teaching. The exams are usually at the end of each semester and it is based on the textbooks and internal application. It is not easy papers to pass. For a student who is well prepared it is easy.

The college gives internship oppurtunities for their students. Their objective is to place their students in top companies like infosys, wipro, ibm,tech mahindra etc. During internships the student can both complete their course and also work and get paid.

Ajk is one of the best colleges in Tamilnadu for placements. A lot of companies recruit students and there are many internship programmes in which students can both work and study at the same time placements are guaranteed and are based on the performance of the students. My plans are to get a master's degree by both studying and working at the same time.

Fee structure is fixed and affordable but it may change according to the college expenses. All the expenses are included in the sem fee excluding the hostel fee. The college bus is free for the students. At that time the fee was Rs-30000 for 1 year and a total of Rs-90000for 3 years. For non affordable students they can take loans for studying and can get scholorships according to their marks.

Every year the college conducts many programmes such as cultural as well as sports. It will help the students and give them relief from thier stress. They also conducts annual fests each year which will have awesome programs as well as dj parties. There is a collection of wide variety of books in the library. The campus have a good sports department and differents games in which students can participate. There is also many social clubs and mudic bands in the campus.
