Remarks
In BIT Sindri admission is taken through jceceb counseling. It is one of the top and only one govt college of Jharkhand for engineering. It has green luster and a big campus of around 400 acres. For core branches it is a very good college, I will take admission in mining engineering because this college has well-talented professors and have good placement in core branches. For taking admission in this college first you have to apply for jceceb counseling and after that, you will get rank and top rankers up to 700 in general category got admission in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
There are a total of 8 semesters in BTech. And in this college two mid sem will be taken in one semester and after that end, sem will take I.e. total 4 mid sems and two end sems will take in a year. It is affiliated to JUT (Jharkhand University Of Technology). Question levels are moderate and the syllabus was also fine most of the modules are matches from the gate syllabus. So for gate preparing students it was one of the plus points and in our college, 70 percent of the students are focused in the gate so it is also one of the plus points for those students who want to go in PSU companies or govt. jobs.
Internships Opportunities
Vocational training and internships are some of the most important things in BTech. Practical things are more important than theory. There are so many companies who offered internships training like Tata steel, Vedanta for mining especially, etc.
Placement Experience
I am focused on the gate because I am doing BTech in the mining branch and for mining, CIL is one of the maharana company and I think after qualifying gate students choose this company first but after that, I have to focus on campus placement as well.
Fees and Financial Aid
In this college, fees were very less. But after that there are so many scholarships are given for those candidates who are financially unstable. Some of the scholarships are for St/Sc/Obc candidates like E Kalyan. For general candidates also there are so many scholarships. Alumni of college also help in so many ways for financially unstable students.
Campus Life
There are so many clubs and organizations working in this college for the overall growth of the students. Like eco-club, girls club, hackathon and so much. Some organisations are there like SME, prayas India working and helping the students for developing soft skills as well as for carrier growth.
Hostel Facilities
In our college fees of hostels are very less due to govt affiliation. And hostel life for college students are one of the prestigious things in the life of a person. So I suggest go to college hostels.
