I am glad to a studentof IET

IET Lucknow is the top government technical college of UP. I am very glad to gate admission to IET Lucknow. Because here campus and placement are very good. Many students from IET worked in many popular and famous companies like GOOGLE, MICROSOFT etc. ADMISSION CRITERIA- Through UPCET EXAM - I am a diploma holder student in the CS branch so I give an exam of Lateral entry to get admission in the BTech CS branch through UPCET. In this exam, my score is 210 and my GN rank is 23rd so I choose IET Lucknow. Here admission process is very simple you will be select on your rank in any college.

My choice - I want to become a software engineer so I chose Computer science in BTech because I like new techniques and technical terms. Faculty: Students- In my college Institute are engineering and technology (IET) faculty is very good here campus is better than other government technical colleges. Here placement is very good. In my branch CSE, 80% of students got placed in many famous companies like Amazon, Myntra, Byju's etc. Here faculty is very well other than any government technical college. Here many companies come for the placement of students like Wipro, TCS, Byju's etc. About 70%-80% of students got placed. The difficulty of exam- I am a diploma holder student of Computer science so I gave an example of a Lateral entry which is conducted by AKTU in 2016. This exam is not difficult. The syllabus of this exam is related to branches which is common for all.

Many popular companies come for placement and internship with us unacadamy Byju's and other Telecom companies for internship. Last year 80% of students of CSE moved to work with them in a high salary. IET is a technical government college that supports government work. Last year many projects are done by IET like testing and consultancy of UP JAL NIGAM, NAGAR NIGAM etc.

Here from 7th semester students are eligible for the placement. Many companies like Wipro, Google, Byju's, TCS and many Telecom companies come for placement. Last year 90% of students CSE got placed in many famous companies. Highest package= INR37lakh, Lowest package= INR 7 LAKH, Average package= INR 8 lakh, My plan after getting the degree is to work in many famous companies like Wipro, Google etc.

Fee-The fee of IET Lucknow is not costly according to this college because when you will get admission here you will find the best faculty and campus. The fee of the CSE branch is about to 90k(for non hostler) and 115k(for hostler) Financial support- IET is organised every year IET INDIA AWARD SCHOLARSHIP for financial support to students. This award is designed by the Institute of engineering and technology(IET) which aim to recognize the students who are interested in the future leaders of India. The students who are in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd,4rth year of the engineering program can avail scholarships worth up to INR 500K. Placement-. Many companies come here for the placement and around to 80% of students got placed

In my college every year a culture fest is organised. The motto of my college is that knowledge is a load without application. IET want that students of my college are not only rich in technical and academic skill but they are also rich in culture. To celebrate all these skills by the students, our cultural fest ENCORE is organised every year. It is the cultural and technical fest of IET. Library- IET has a big Library where many types of books and Journals are available for the students. IET has also a digital library where you can read online books and Journals. In my college IET 44 research Journals in available. Sports and social activities- My college organised every year sports and other social activities which help to improve in physical and mental health to students Many sports like marathon race, javelin throw, high jump, volleyball etc are organised by The Institute of engineering and technology.

Hostel of IET is the best and rooms are always clean. 2 or 3 students can live in a room. Many facilities like fan table bed and health facilities provide to students. Meal quality is good of IET because IET is the top government and technical college of UP. Here 2 times meal and 2 time breakfast provide to students. My Review is related to the meal quality is 4.5/5. The hostel is available for the first and Lateral entry students according to their rank. The registration process is simple for a hostel when you get admission here they give you a hostel form to fill this form you can eligible for a hostel.
