Remarks

I got admission to FIMT on basis of 12th marks and an entrance test taken by IP university. My marks in 12th were average but I score a good score on the entrance test so I get easily admission here. Most of seats are reserved for Delhi students only so out of Delhi student its difficult to get admission here. There is no minimum age limit for the BCA course. Minimum 50% marks required in 12th class for admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I love computer programing and I want to make a career in it. The course curriculum is good and they keep doing modifications in the curriculum from time to time. The 3-year course has been divided into 6 semesters. Exams are conducted on a semester basis. You need to clear all papers within 3 years of course duration. The semester is not much difficult, around 95% students easily clear semester exams.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I have not applied for any scholarship and loan because I didn't need this. Yes, the college provides these facilities and few students from my batch have taken benefit of financial assistance. The average fee charged by the college is around rupees 65000 per semester. Fess you need to pay in every 6th month. College provides various modes of payment like credit cards, Demand drafts, cheques, cash, etc.

Campus Life

The college has its own social group called NSS which is very active and does lots of social activity. We had lots of fun and we enjoy a lot of social work. Overall campus life in FIMT is awesome and amazing. The best thing I like is that the college has a very strong policy regarding ragging. The computer lab is amazing with the latest technology of computers. The college has various indoor sports options where you can enjoy after class. College has a gym also which is free of cost for every student.

my best decision for my enjoyment

Placement Experience:

The college provide very good placement after the second year, provided student should not have any backlogs. The average package that my last year senior received around 4.3 lpa. Many of the reputed IT companies had vistied my campus.

I would read the IGNOU courses curriculum has good in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness the syllabus is well structured and design for distance learning with study material explain concept clearly and support service study this flexibility and affordability for the main reason I choose this course the curriculum provides are strong theoretical foundation and is useful for father studies as well as basic professional knowledge how ever Addy more practical exposure life internet is session and update industrial oriented content could make the course even better IGNOU conductor and examination twice a year along with compulsory assignment that contribute to the final marks the exam schedule is convenient and difficulty level is moderates student to follow the study materials and cement on the time can clear the exam without much difficulty or all the curriculum is student friendly relevant and su suitable for learner who prefer flexible higher education while managing other responsibilities.

There is no real campus placement system in IGNOU for most UG and PG courses. No regulaar companies visit the campus. no official list of recruiters, or roles. Only few job fairs or career webinars There is no publish verified placement statistics and placement percentage is not available. my plans after getting degree is prepare for higher studies and job roles alongside

A disciplined college with average exposure and honest reality.

Placement Experience:

Placement at jims vk2 are average and not very strong, especially for BCA. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the 5th or 6th semester. Compinies and offer Some small it companies , startup,and service based firms visit the campus. roles are Technical support, junior developer, and so on. Package details Highest package: Around average level, nothing exceptional. Average package: Entry level salary , suitable only for freshers. College does not officially publish detailed placement stats . placement percentage : only a small percentage of students get placed through campus. mostly students look for off campus placements. Employability and my plans after completing my bca i go gor off campus placements.

I Gave CUET, CLAT, and aimed for DU colleges but couldn't get past it. Admissions were already done in the IPU but spot rounds got me cleared for the college.
