Remarks
I applied for Xavier's College but didn't have a good financial condition to take admission in that college so I took admission in Surendrnath where the admission is on the basis of cut off percentage which was 50%. I took admission in the general quota. The admission process was too easy. There was no counseling day as such.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I want to be a good accountant in the future. There is a large no of teachers to handle the students in the college. Some teachers are highly qualified while some are not. Some teachers make the concept easy to understand while some come just for time to pass. Only internal exams are held every six months which are easy to pass.
Placement Experience
After passing semester 5 students become eligible for the campus. Some banking companies like Bank of baroda Idbi bank and few other bank have visited the college for campus but for puin level jobs and the average package is 2 lac per annum .20-25% students get placement from the college. I want to open my own company after getting the degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are too low in this college as compared to other colleges.Also fees deduction is allowed to backward class students or students below the poverty line.Also scholarship is being provided to meritious students.College offer few jobs when few campus are being held in the college.
Campus Life
Annual fest are held every year around September.Library is not good as there are very few books available there and that too are very old.Classroom are also too old with old fans.Although the rooms are large so it doesn't create chaos.Extra curricular activities like cricket football table tennis are held throughout the year. College does not have a well maintained proper website also
