College life- Review

The admission process is quite easy and simple, u have to fill the form named REAP in which we have to fill college and branch preference orders which we want, and then on basis of our marks, we got the respective college. For CS and IT branches minimum criteria is 80% or until the seats get filled. There are two quotas home state and other states.

I opt for the Computer Science Engineering branch as I was passionate about new technology and creation. The teaching staff is quite fine, classes are regular, every teacher gives proper attention. They are educated and qualified. There are 2 mid-term exams in one semester and then a practical exam and then finally end-term exams.

The internship is provided in the fourth or fifth semester during summer and winter breaks with a stipend. Various roles and projects are offered according to the position you applied for. It can be software trainee, web developer, android developer, frontend or backend developers, machine learning, etc.

Many companies visited for placement. Seventh-semester students are eligible for campus placement. College also provides internship opportunities to students in the fourth semester. Many companies visit like meta cube, tisco, tcs , adobe, etc. Overall 85%students got placed from college placements. My plan is I will apply for placement and then I will start my own startup.

The fees structure Includes tuition fees of 48,500 per semester (total 8 semesters). If you got admission through reap and your percentage is among the top 2% of them then you got Tuition fees waiver scheme scholarship in which your gees is about 14000 per year. There are other scholarships also which include Pragati scholarship for girls and saksham scholarship for boys offered by the National Scholarship portal.

Social life is awesome for Jecrc. First I liked the most that there is no college dress. Talking about the fest , Jecrc hosts an annual fest named Renaissance, which comes top in private college. There are all sports and clubs eg Suhasini, soch , atrangi , enigma, etc. There are many intra and inter-college tournaments.
