The admission process was quite smooth. We just needed to follow the instructions provided on the JoSAA portal and in the end, we needed to pay some final amount of money to the institution. I didn't avail any quota for admission. I don't think there were any Age criteria as such and at least you should be having a rank less than 49000 in JEE Mains to get allocated in my branch. Although one time, there was a technical issue in the institute's website then it was solved in no time and also the office staffs of the college are really cooperative towards listening to admission seeker problems who are not able to understand the process about the admission or when they are finding a problem with institute's website. The office number is provided to everyone on the college website itself.

Our institute is situated in the industrial city of Jharkhand, Jamshedpur seems to have a very good scope for placements in this particular course. Faculty:Student Ratio is okay. I mean we are provided with enough teachers to meet all of our needs. The faculty is highly educated and tries to make the concepts easily understandable for students. The term exams were taken timely even though our classes started a lot late sure to the pandemic situation to be in coordination with the academic calendar which is a good thing in one way, as your year or time is not getting wasted. And the questions in the exams were a mix of moderate and tough ones. So maybe you can find some answers on the internet but not all of them so, in order to score well, you will have to study.

Ample opportunities for internships are also provided in our college. These opportunities vary from startups as well as from well-known companies. The stipends provided are also good and decent. Roles offered under internships widely vary a well. So you can have a lot of alternatives to explore from.

Students become eligible for campus placements in the third year itself. A lot of well-known companies visit our college to recruit students offering a decent package. Every student who has prepared himself/ herself gets recruited.

A fee of our college is just like the fees of most of the other government engineering colleges. But they do not charge for accommodation and food right now as we are currently not staying there in the hostel due to pandemics. The college and the student welfare association keeps on updating students about different scholarship programs so that eligible students can apply and get benefits from them. This year financial assistance has also been provided to the ones affected by Covid 19 from the institute's side and fee remission the policy is also there for economically weaker sections.

We didn't get a chance to fully experience campus life due to pandemics yet but there are clubs for almost everyone's interest. You name your interest, you have a club for that. So our college is really rich in club culture and also these clubs are wonderfully functional in the online mode as well which indicates the kind of enthusiasm these have in them already packed for offline mode. And social awareness regarding drug abuse and other stuff are many a times reason for a lot of our special virtual sessions.
