I applied for gl bajaj also earlier but I was getting ECE from gl bajaj but I want CSE program so I opted for NIET. No, I haven't applied for any quota. Criteria are through AKTU counseling but now NIET is autonomous and students can take admission through Direct or through giving NIET tests.
Course Curriculum Overview
As Btech CSE is an important course and there is a lot of job opportunities for students. Faculty to student ratio is 30:1. The most professor has done PhD. Every 6 months and easy to pass the examinations.
Placement Experience
From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. For 2022 batch there are 53 companies visited till date and 712 offers have been made. Highest package till last year was of Ashish Agarwal bhaiya at 32 lpa. 90% of cse students placed at NIET. I have to work hard to improve my packages
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees for 1st year is 1,40,000/- Fees for 2nd year and above is 1,05,700/- There is no scholarship provided by college students who have to apply themselves off campus. There are other training programs provided by college in 3rd year.
Campus Life
There is very few fests organized by colleges. In my 1st year, there is only 2 fests organized by the college. Books are easily available from the library. The condition of sports is not good. In my 3 years of experience, there is only one time sports function is organized. I have joined khushiya baton club in my college.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility is decent. Food is good with good dishes. Hostel Life is awesome. There is a big room for 3 seater but small for 2 seaters. Hostel fees are quite high but good for such facilities. The main problem was of internet wifi is not upto the mark. Now in 3rd year, I am living in pg which is in beta 1.
