The college is affiliated with Rajasthan Technical University (RTU). Admission to JECRC Foundation is through three ways. The first way is through Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP). Under this, you need to apply for admission through site cegreap and fill in the requested details in the form. After it, you will be allotted a college according to the choices filled. Then if you are satisfied with the college you got then you can reserve ur seat by reporting till the last reporting date and if you are not satisfied then you can apply for upward movement in which you have a chance to get to the college which you have filled above the college allotted to you. The second way to get admission is through Lateral Entry which you get directly in the second year after your diploma through Lateral Entry Admission Process (LEAP). The third and final way is through management quota.

I chose this course because of the scope of Computer Science in jobs and everything is moving towards automation. And in the Computer Science Department of JECRC, the placement record is impeccable. Almost all students get placed who are sitting in placements with an average package of 4.5 lakhs. The faculty here are very helpful and cooperative. They understand what an engineering student is going through in his life and so they deal with problems of students according to that. Also, they have great experience in teaching and have a great command of their subjects. The college conducts two Mid Term Exams in one semester and then main University Exams are conducted by RTU. For Exams, you really need to study consistently.

The tuition fee for an even semester is 35,000 and the same for the odd semester is 45,000. So, tuition fees per year are 80,000. If a student avails for hostel facility then it is also available which is 42,000 per semester.

JECRC Renaissance is the annual college fest in which students enjoy a lot. There are all types of events in the fest like technical, sports, entertainment, etc. Students learn many things through this fest like management, teamwork, etc. The Central library of JECRC is very good. There are all the needed books available for students. The college has sports facilities available also. Volleyball, Basketball, Cricket, etc. Are played here. Tournaments are also organized in sports. The college has Ashayien, Zarurat, and two more social groups.
