Remarks
I had applied to various reputed universities around the country like St Xavier's College, Mumbai, Delhi University, St Xavier's University, Kolkata, South City College, Jadavapur University, Presidency University etc. The admission process of St Xavier's College, Kolkata was quite simple. They released two cutoffs and fortunately I got into the college in the first list itself. The cutoffs for bcom were 89% for bcom evening and 90% for bcom morning. Note- These were the cutoffs for students having commerce in their+2 level. Cutoffs for Arts were almost the same whereas for Science students it was 94% in bcom evening and 92% in bcom morning. St Xavier's College is unarguably one of the best colleges in Kolkata for Bcom hons. The college proudly holds NIRF Rank 4 & has a pool of distinguished alumni connect.
