Life at PU

I searched on google for engineering college and done enquire for parul university ,and after 1 day their varanasi conselor call me and explained the benefits of parul university and admission related detail .After checking all college i locked seat in parul university by paying 10000.

I choose b.tech cse because i like computer related things and in parul university faculty and student ratio is 1:12. All faculty are qualified and completed their master's or phd . On 3 month their is mid sem and after 6-month end sem exam happen for current semester.

Many companies are there which give internships but we have to apply off-campus for them. Parul university itself give internship to students for many positions and give stipend around 6 to 12 thousand. Generally, projects are on the academic syllabus.

Placement of college is not that much good but they say it is good. From 6 semester's placement start. Some name of company which visited for placement are TCS,SBI ,appolo,etc. Highest package is 18 lac and the average is 2.8 lac. Around 60% of student are place in company.

Fees are about 1.25 lacs for the first year and 1.14 lacs for the second year. If we see the total cost of b.tech then it comes approx 5 lacs. There are only state government of Gujarat scholarship is available in college for only Gujarat state students.

For years there are many fest happening in university like projection, dhoom, etc. Library are good you will get all books related to your course. Classrooms are not that much good seating tables are like school small. There are all sports happening in the university campus and clubs are also there for extracurricular activities. Like- students development club, explore club,etc.

Hostel rooms are good and big but you will not find any single person room ,all are 3 student to 22 student room. Meals of the hostel is good and the menu also contains all state foods. Registration for a hostel is simple just go to admin block and book your hostel. Outside pg and rented houses are available but it is far from college around 10 to 15 km .
