Remarks

The admission process is quite easy and there is no online, everything based on offline mood And the admission is not based on merit Everyone gonna get a seat but the person should mandatorily pass all board exams Counseling will be on the day of admission, students should attain it with respective documents

I choose this course just because i felt taught in biology, not in my interest. As you know that gawk is having a huge student count compared to other colleges. Equal the lecture ratio is also high With well trained and experienced mentors We totally have 6semesters in 3 years, a total of 8 papers If the student regularly attain the class it will be very easy to pass

Class Size: 64Course Fees: INR 5000 per year

Placement Experience

After the 6th semester, the student is eligible for placement, I didn't take any placement due to covid. And opted for higher studies The percentage of students getting placement is around 50% Since being interested in higher studies am going to do masters

Fees and Financial Aid

Since it is a government college, fees are very less Around 4-5k Ug students have lots of scholarships like vidya Siri, minority scholarships, etc But which is not provided my college It should be applied from the student side

Campus Life

All they fest are celebrated in the college including ethnics to the food fest A library is a present but not a good, limited source which is not equal to the students need. Co-curricular activity and sports are best in our college Includes a lot of clubs

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

They provide good curriculum and better syllubus which covers most of the geology and oceanography topics especially physical and chemical oceanography, climatology, hydro geology and other topics but practically they seems little back they doesn't provide new instruments for surveying and oceanography they still following old techniques which is not relevantly used in this time

From 7th to 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement and various types big hotel brands, airlines, cruiselines and big companies visit to recruit or give placements to students and average offers are made around 600000 lakhs per annum. Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.
