Remarks
As we all know, before 2021 approx all colleges took the admission through AKTU / UPTU entrance exam. But now from 2021, this UPTU entrance exam is stopped and most of the colleges admit students through mains/advanced results. Now talking about GLBGI (GL BAJAJ GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS), It admits the student directly no matter what your mains/advance result is and also no matter that you appear or not in this exam. Minimum marks for the student to be admitted is 60% in 12th and 75%+ in maths, physics, chemistry for the 1st year scholarship. The minimum age is 18 for any UG.
Course Curriculum Overview
Talking about the course curriculum, I am pursuing from ECE ( Electronics And Communication) . I choose this ECE branch just because I have an interest in this electronic field. I love to work on microcontrollers and other components. In my ECE branch, the ratio of Faculty: students is about 3:11. All my ECE teacher is well qualified but did not know the best way to teach to students. Approx every month, College conducts a Sessional Exam and talks about the difficulty, paper is moderate.
Placement Experience
I don't have any perfect idea of the procedure of the placement but talking about the placement record, is quite okay. As I already told you about the minimum package is 3LPA and the max till now is about 28 LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
1- Fees is about 85317Rs till the 2020 batch 2- Fees for a hostel is 70000Rs (40000: 30000) 3- UP scholarship for every student of every year And College scholarship for the 1st year student on the basis of 12th PCM marks, minimum PCM percentage is 75% 4- Minimum package is 3 LPA and till now Max or highest package of 28 LPA (ADOBE)
Campus Life
Lis in the campus is quite well but here in GLBGI, there is no exposure. There is no specific month to conduct any program and very rarelly college conduct any program. In 2020, college was ready to conduct event , name "TOONAV" but due to CoVID it get cancle.
Hostel Facilities
In the hostel, they provide 2 beds per head with 2 almirahs and table chairs. They also provide unlimited wifi and TV in the common room. About the mess meal, it is not soo good. it is average. PG is about 5 km far from the college.
