Remarks

Before I could apply for any other college my long related brother, who was a professor here came to my house and talked big about this college, so I took admission here. My admission here was through management quota, I went in the admission cell, they asked for my mark sheets and 10-12 marks. Then I was asked to take a test whose minimum marks required were never told. Anyone can take admission here through management quota seats, students with less than 60% marks in 12th were also in my class. There was no counseling but a teacher came to tell me that I took a wiser decision coming here and they'll place me somewhere good.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

I took Btech CSE, as I was interested in this plus part of this industry is always booming. Each class has 60 students we have 4 sections and 2 sections have 1 subject teacher. So 1:120 faculty: student ratio is here. Qualifications, they have at least Mtech and doing a Ph.D. some are already Ph.D. Methods, college doesn't care what a teacher specializes in, they will ask him to teach anything, so a teacher watches a youtube tutorial and explains everything to us. Sometimes we can even guess by examples and jokes that what the video professor watched. Our semester is late so we have internal exams pretty much every month, (3 internals) and 1 end semester. They are easy to pass because they never make new questions. Solving previous year's questions can get you 100% marks.

Placement Experience

4

Campus placements start from the 6th semester (end time) some students have jobs at the beginning of the 7th semester. Many companies visit niet, like Capgemini, VMware, Accenture, Amazon, Paytm, etc. Almost every student gets a place somewhere. The highest offer last year was 32LPA from Amazon. The average offer is 6 LPA. Because so many companies visit for so many profiles, it's difficult to keep track like that. Almost 100% get placed. I'll see if I get an offer for more than 9LPA I'll go for a job else I'll appear at the gate for higher studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

I will show you my fees for every year : 1st year: 140400 ( + 1800 examination fees) 2nd year: 105700 (with examination fees) 3rd year: 105700 (with examination fees) If you have a better rank in aktu entrance exam you become a fee weaver in our college and your fees are reduced. A friend of mine had around 11000 rank and her fees are around 25000-30000. Scholarship provided by UP govt is also applicable here, for which you have to prove your family's annual income and property owned. Students are placed in various technical fields in major It companies like Capgemini, VMware, etc. Package ranges from 4 LPA(sometimes even less) to 32LPA(and even more).

Campus Life

0.5

NO ANNUAL FEST NO TECH FEST, we only have a fresher party (where they serve us some food we see a few performances from college students and a farewell which is pretty much the same 3-4 hours functions. First-year students aren't allowed to sit in a library. Classrooms are dull with poor lights and fans AC in labs aren't working most of the year. We have groups and communities which are pretty much silent the whole year. Cricket matches are held once. If you would allow a negative rating I'll give them the most negative number imaginable.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.
