Remarks

I applied in NIET in year 2019, minimum percentage criteria was 70%. There was an aptitude, English and maths test. There were two methods of getting admission one was direct one was through aktu exam. But now the college is autonomous

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose Cse program as they have good ratio of placements (according to them). Faculty is average some are experienced some are below average. Faculty ratio is good though but quality of faculty is not that great

Campus placements starts from 4th year. They provide you with training from 6th semester. They have different programs through which they select around 150 students (from cse) they provide training to only those students. I mean what about others? They should really change this process

Fees and Financial Aid

college fees is 1lac around but the hostel fees is extremely high according to the services. Infact there are no services or amenities in the hostel. College gives scholarship to Up domicile students. campus placement is average...that is 3-4LPA

Campus Life

There are clubs in college. But when it comes to extra curricular activities there is no support from faculty regarding attendence. There are no fests. College is really partial when it comes to boys and girls in terms of social life.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is below average. They don't provide hot water in winters. Half of the time there lift doesn't work. Mess food is below average. But when it comes to hostel fees they will ask you like they provide 5star facilities. They have hostel fees around 1.5lac

Placement Experience:

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. There are many company like TCS, L&T, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, IBM and many more visited our college. If you have CGPA greater than 7 then you are eligible for maximum placement drive. My plan is to get government job.

I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.

Reality of NIET plot 19

I will say it's one of the top college under Aktu . Better than other Aktu colleges in few terms like it is autonomous so it has a bit different syllabus and my college focuss on formal talking and technical communication from 1st semester so that the students are ready for facing interviews. In terms of infrastructure, I don't like it much as it in more like a school than a college and the hostels are terrible, you will get ill always .
