Ambedkar institute of technology , Nirman Vishar

I applied for MSIT, VIPS, JIMS, IITM. I choose this college because it has fewer fees nearly around 37K for 2nd & 3rd year and 42K for 1st year. I availed OBC quota some students availed SC, ST, EWS quota. Admission criteria for the BCA program are to have a minimum of 55% in the 12th class. Earlier our college was a part of GGSIPU but now it comes under DSEU. GGSIPU takes CET entrance for admission and DSEU gives admission on a Merit basis. The admission process is very simple you have to take your documents like the 12th Marksheet, Aadhar card, Character Certificate, SLC, Seat allotment letter, and some other documents to college and that's it. It just takes one day for admission.

The course curriculum is as usual not so good. Our faculties are Post Graduated and some have done P.hd . They are fine in nature and in teaching but some of the faculty members are very strict about discipline and behaviour of students . Our college also have dress code of White shirt and Black pant.

For students eligible for placements in or after the 5th semester, our college organizes pool placements where 2-4 college students come and companies like Deloitte , TCS, INFOSYS etc. They give package b/w 1.8 lakhs - 3.25 lakhs. There are some other small companies , but few students take participate in Placements most of them go for MCA. Like this year 6 students give Interview for Deloitte but 2 of them clear it.

Our fees structure is good it takes 42K for 1st-year students and 37K for rest of the years. Our college provide a scholarship form under the guidance of Delhi government , most of the students get 20K scholarship who have name on Ration card or Income certificate form. Our college provides pool placement where 2-4 colleges students have come for taking placements for companies like Deloitte , TCS ,INFOSYS etc. but few of them get job.

Our campus is not so big we have 2 buildings one is newly constructed. GGSIPU organizes an annual fest in January. Our Library is very good, it has an AC room, WI-FI, more than 2000 books, magazines, etc. Our classroom is a big hall some other classrooms are the same as school classrooms. Our college takes participation in many sports programs like Football, Handball, Kho Kho, etc. There is a club run by a Physics teacher (P.hd).
