UPSEAT, It was good educational institute, so I choose this college to pursue my higher education. The college is good in infrastructure and library facility is too good. Transport and hostel facility is great.
Course Curriculum Overview
MCA program is of 6 semester, out of them 5 semester are class study and remaining 1 is an industrial training. You need to study different subjects there are 29 subject need to read. Some of them are compulsory and other having some options where pupils can select any other of their interest.
Internships Opportunities
At the time when I was a student there were no internship in the college, so can't tell about the stipend. A T&P department is there in the college to take care of training and placements of the students.
Placement Experience
A lot of companies visits the college for the placement. Companies like TCS, Infy etc visit college every year for freshers. Not only IT but Companies form different fields approach the college for placement. College has a good record of placement.
College Events
Some of the events are organized in college every year. Sports activity, inter department sports activities. Cerebrum is the one of the event which held for 3-4 days each year. it is a Annual function like event. It includes many no. of activities. College organize quiz exhibition, Science exhibition and many more.
Fees and Financial Aid
State government scholarship program is there in the college. Though, there was no Loan facility available at that time.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni meets never happened in the college at the time I was a student in the college. Though senior students are good and helpful in all the respect.
Exam Structure
Depending on university, there are internal exams and external examinations. University schedule the semester examinations and organize the same in twice in a year. College provide all the facilities of TO and Fro upto the examination centre. For practical exams, external examiners attend the college as per the schedule.
Admission
To get Admission, you must appear in the Entrance examination. After qualifying in the examination, need to appear in the counseling. If you get this college based on your performance in examination, you will be eligible for admission. You need to report the college on assigned date and then follow the instructions given for the admission process.
Faculty
Faculty in the college are very friendly and having good knowledge in their subject. They are masters in their area. Though there is some issue with some non-experienced faculty staff as they lack in knowledge and unable to deliver a quality material to students.
