Remarks

I'm staying in surat so, will get admission in surat and I need a government college. In Our college's many sports ground and cultural activities doing here. In our college, all departments are very very clean.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have a choose electrical engineering because I'm interested in circuits and wirings. So it's my favourite field in my life. And here every faculty teach a very good. And explain all things are in brief.

Big companies come to the campus of gec surat like TCS, IBM and offer internships to gec surat students. Students do various work for companies like web development, app development, marketing, database management.

Placement Experience

The placement of gec surat is also very good. Average 90-95% students placed by on campus placements. The highest package offered is 8 LPA and the average package offered is 3-5 LPA. The top recruiters of gec are TCS, GNFC, IBM.

Fees and Financial Aid

1500 fee collect in a semester. And extra 500 fees collect for gym and etc. I have also applied for a DIGITAL GUJARAT scholarship, but I don't get it because of some issues. Many companies are coming to our campus.

Campus Life

The campus of gec surat is also very beautiful. The college arranges many tech feasts And sport feasts for students. The campus provides you with many good facilities like gym, wifi etc. Gec surat is a big and great library.

Placements are good. Students are eligilble for campus placements from 7th semester. The highest package is 2100000 and the lowest is 200000. The median package is 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per year. From last two years there was 100% placements but usually its 90%. I plan to pursue pg after this degree in either mtech or mba.

In our college placement starts from 7th semester and students are eligible from the 7th semester. The highest package is around 21 lakh and avg package is 3.5 to 4 lakhs(companies are tcs , tatvasoft , argusoft , IBM etc.) many students get placement like more than 50 % my simple plan is to get a good job from campus placement and do job after my graduation.

I have applied to Ghandhy College and SSASIT College and I have got a confirmed admission from both colleges but I preferred and selected Ghandhy College over SSASIT College because Ghandhy College is government college and I have to study in government college. You can enter these course by giving 10th exam and after 12th also and the cutoffs for IT department are only high.In admission process you require documents like Aadhar Card,LC certificate,Caste Certificate,10th Marksheet,etc...Read More

.Challenges faced by students.

As in other private colleges fees are much higher like upto 6-10 lakhs for 4 years of btech course and in this college it is just only 20000 thousands for four year that's why i had choosen this college Also good colleges in other district to study we requires college fees with also hostel fees which i can't afford so i had choosen this college As my college is government college it requires a good merit rank and cutoffs, as my rank is about 12634 in overall Gujarat so i got admission in this college in general cast....Read More
