I applied to ISDI, UID and BITS Design I was accepted into all of them but the main factor to chose CEPT was it is a 62 year old college with an established name in the industry and a well connected network of alumni all the other colleges did not have this, another thing was the rest were too expensive. The admission process for my college is very simple for design they accept the UCEED rank, for architecture and planning they accept NATA scores and for civil engineering they accept JEE Main ranks the process is completely merit based. I chose this college over other colleges because of its legacy and great academics. The program in this college is very modern and unique and teaches the students to follow their own passions. One other point is also the location of Ahmedabad, which is very architecturally, rich and possess many buildings made by great architects and the exposure you get here is unmatched. The admission processes are fairly simple where a list is given out on the basis of Nata and boards.
