Nice Campus life!

I chose Dy Patil University over other colleges because of the college environment and infrastructure. The faculty here are pretty good and its wonderful to be a part of certain clubs both national and international. We also have a harvard business school collaboration which helps us boost up. I am just in second year so i really dont much idea about the placements here which itself is a drawback. I got admitted here in the month of late october 2020 and my session started from 2 Nov 2020 which ended further in Early april. I refereed the reviews of many sites on the internet while selecting the college.

I wanted to opt for computer science initially but then the given syllabus had my attention as its a new syllabus designed by tcs faculty for the advancement in the IT sector, so I preferred Computer Science with business systems over other traditional courses. My First year faculties were cooperative enough and well educated in their field.

I haven't opted for any internships provided by the college as i am just in my second year, but I did heard that the internship opportunities are good here.

The placement cell (TPC) of our college works really hard to provide maximum number of students with good package and interships. They also train everyone out 2 months earlier before the placement starts which helps the student to shoot for the dream company. I have planned to do Masters after I finish my Bachelor in technology degree.

The fee structure is pretty expensive, they charge 3.25 lacs per year and the money intake is sem wise. 3.25lac are to be paid as per semester installment. The college provides education loan its just you neeed to have a little chat with the adminstration staff.

Currently the session is online unfortunately but the online campus life is pretty good, the faculty management is really impressive and class counselor are always there for the guidance that a student needs. There are so many clubs in this college that its hard to keep things on mind. annual tech fests are usually conducted in the second half semester and annual fest of our college is one of the largest one in navi mumbai named "Horizon" which is conducted by Student union council. All the students have access to the library and its easy to access books from there. There's a sport club as well in our college and lots of games are available. You name it and you'll find the sports team.

I havent opted for hostel. there is a girls hostel facilty at my college but i haven't been there so I don't know how much efficient the rooms and living lifestyle there is. I don't remember the food availability as well.

NO not as such. No such interviews were taken, just the submission of documents while the admission process took place and the enrollment form had to be filled. thats it!
