I have not applied through any quota since I don't have any. One has to apply through samsodisha website and if their percentage is eligible according to the cutoff they can get addmission to the college. Yes, the cut-off is very high and is even maximum for maths students. It's difficult for a general average student to get addmission. One has to score more than 94% atleast.

I choose this course because my hold on the subject was good and was interested to carry on my career in it. Faculty members are enough in correspondence with the students in the class. Due to higher cutoffs, the number of students are lesser in the class. We have 2-3 assistant professors, 3-4 faculty members and 1 head of the department. The exams are conducted semester wise . The whole course consists of 6 semesters. As their choice of student is peculiar the rate of failing student is lower.

As I have not joined any of the international it would be difficult to provide detailed information about it. Some of my classmates are entangled in it with which their turnover reaches about 2lpa. Everyone is bound to submit a project in the 6th semester for which I am about to reach.

From mainly 3rd semester students becomes eligible for placements. The companies info is provided by respective Hods and further details about the internship also. I would carry my process in the same subject that refers to continue my postgraduation in maths from some renowned University.

There are a number of scholarships mainly for the chse students though some are for others too. As the fees of the college are almost negligible it's easier for students to afford it. Campus jobs are available for the students of self-financing courses or for computer science-based students.

Life is enjoyable on campus. The library have separate departments for science,arts and commerce students so the availability of books is enough. Even you can issue the books from your respective departments. Different sport events are conducted in the college interested people can participate. A large ground is provided inside the campus and one basketball court also.

Again getting admission inside the hostel is quite hard as the number of seats for unreserved students is less. The hostel facilities are upto the mark in considering the facts of food quality, cleanliness, and fee structure.
