Remarks
After Xavier's, this is the best college where Ca students go because it is not compulsory for attendance. So students feel relaxed and can spend their time in studies and its fees is also good as compared to Xavier's.I didn't avail any quota for admission because admission is on the basis of a cut-off percentage of 50% which is too low so that every average student can get admission. There is no counseling day in the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
U choose commerce stream then u definitely go for Bcom only because u can get good jobs in this line. There is a good no of teachers to manage the huge number of students in the college. They are very highly qualified which can be seen from their speaking ability. They make the concept of every topic very clear so that u can score good marks in exams. Exams are taken every 6 months which is very easy to pass
Placement Experience
After semester 5 students become eligible for college placements.A no of audit firms and banks visit our college to hire students for accounting and audit purposes like Singhi & Co,Db Desai, Bank of Baroda. The highest package offered was 6 lacs per annum and the average package is around 3-4 lacs. Around 50-60% of students get placement in such campuses.I want to become a Cost Accountant after getting the degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are too low as compared to many colleges having good teaching standards. It can be as low as 5000 per year with good teaching staff. Help is also provided to students below poverty while scholarship is being given to meritious students so that they get motivated for doing good in the future.
Campus Life
The annual fest is conducted every year in the month of December.No tech fest is being conducted in our college. There is a good no of books on a wide range of topics in our library which can be rented free cost for 1 week in our college. The classrooms are large and airy with well-made benches. There is a little problem related to sports because the College Street Campus is not big enough for organizing sports so hardly any sports activities are being held. College has its own maintain very good college website.
