The college management are a bunch of sitting ducks who just work for the heck of it. It has no genuine interest in the well being of the students or their future.

I scored 70% marks in 12th after which i sat for the I.P University entrance exam and i secured 1000 rank after which i was allotted this college.

I am in the Banking and Insurance Department of BBA and the college recently introduced B.Com in its curriculum. The alumni of the college are coming back to the campus for taking admission in the MBA program. The MBA program of MSI is reputed and known.

Yes, the college provides internship oppurtunites. The internship is provided after the third semester as the compulsory extension of the course curriculum for third year students, Reputed companies such as Standard Chartered are interested in hiring interns for their company from MSI

The placements of Maharaja Surajmal Institute is not very consistent in its highs and lows. 2015 recorded the largest placement in the college history and 5 of my seniors secured a package of INR 9 lakhs per annum. This is the highest package ever secured on campus and it was the motivating factor for me and my friends to perform better in our respective fields.

The events and co curricular activity in college is somewhat dull. The college doesn't provide enough amount of funds to the students for the grand carry out of Genesys, the college fest. The debating competition and other activities other than academics are not given proper attention.

The fee i am paying annually for doing BBA from MSI is rupees seventy five thousand per year and this is for the first year. I am from a middle class background and the fee structure compliments the the quality of faculties and the other perks offered by the college to the students.

NO, there is no scholarship program that i am aware of. The college doesn't provide such facilities. maybe in some special cases but the college will not help a poor student in securing a seat. however, if even a poor student who is a good student should not waste his/her time in securing admission in this college.

The campus life of MSI is boring and very unfruitful. The college never shows any interest in organizing new events such as debate competitions, dance or drama program and after a lot of efforts the college society which is also not approved by the director has to themselves organize events with whatever little resources that they have.

I am not a hosteler of Maahara Pratap Hostel of MSI. It is very difficult to get admitted in the hostel as a lot of strings has to be pulled for a hostel which is not very big in size or worth that kind of effort. However, my friends who live in the hostel are pretty satisfied with the quality of food they are served.

Since my admission in MSI, the seniors have been very helpful and understanding. They are very friendly in nature and are always ready to listen to my problems and then sit with me to help me find the solution of those problems.

The exam structure of MSI is very messy and unpredictable. The checking and exam pattern is worthless in equivalent to the smartness of the answer. The requirement for scoring in MSI and also in I.P University is writing a whole lot of answers without any direction and the more answer you write the more marks you'll get. It is an insult to the intelligence of the students who can write answers without making the answer sheet look like a novel.

The faculties of my college are averagely qualified and i prefer studying on my own than totally depending on their classroom teaching. However, there are faculties whom you can trust and they are freindly to you which makes the college experience a little easy going.
