Umesh chandra college of Commerce

After getting too low a percentage in Class 12 board exams I was high tensed whether I would get admission in any college because in every college seat is being reserved for the lower class and rest seats are for higher percentage students. I applied for many colleges but my name didn't came in any of them it was finally Umesch Chandra College that took my admission.

From the very beginning when I chose commerce stream I wanted to pursue Bcom and Ca as a professional course and that's what I did. No of teachers -150 No of students-1300 Some teachers are having diplomas with experience of around 10years some are even senior to them while there are some newcomers as well. Especially accounts teachers are the best in the college. Exams are held every month like class tests and there are two internal and external exams throughout the year.

Even foreign companies visit our college for campus last year, as well as local companies like Reliance Proctar and Gamble, keep visiting our college. They offer salries averaging around 4lacs per annum with highest salary of around 8lacs per annum. About 80percent of students got placement in such campus. I want to do upsc and get a govt job.

Fees was being waived off in our college during these tough corona days for the poor students. While other students also had today only 20% of the fees.No scholarship schemes are there in our college. Financial assistance is being provided on submission of application. I got a articleship job in 2nd year with stipend of 5000per month.

There is a park in our second campus where the annual fest of the college is being organized. It takes place in December every year. The classroom is highly modernized with well-equipped computers and other smart devices. Many indoor tournaments are being held throughout the year and outdoor sports are being organized on our second campus.
