Best college

Toilets are not maintained well. They need to be kept clean but they are not clean at all.

I enrolled for B.COM course in 2005 year. Thanks to the wonderful faculty and facilities in the college that made my course easier.

The course is well detailed and cover's almost vital syllabus that should be included in the course. Students have opportunity to learn each and every thing that is useful for future education and experience. Chapters are well divided according to the relevant content. Practicals are fine on time when they need to be done. Books are not too costly. Topics give eloberate information for the course. Maximum details are included so at to make it understand easily. Students also get a chance to go on relevant tours I.e industrial, botanical, environmental etc

Not at time when we were enrolled. There was no such internship at the time we were enrolled in the college. But may be now internships are available.

In our time, no recruitment was done. Currently UDAAN recruitment is done there. May be other placement is available. Some of my friends had joined many good companies with good package. They are outside their state and are earning good salary. Students get a chance to go abroad as well when they have learnt enormous experience.

Sports day, teachers day, environment day, etc. College plays active role in conducting both indoor as well as outdoor tournaments and students are presented with rewards and also gets a certificate which is very much needed in future. You get a chance to join clubs and compete in major tournaments conducted in and outside state.

Fee structure is reasonable not an expensive. It is to be paid during admission. Once admitted, you have to pay for exam fee and other charges separately when their is need. You are required to pay at Jammu and Kashmir bank and show reciept to the college admission block who then accept your admission form.

Not aware. In our time no such loans were available. But nowadays loans are available at any bank with good schemes as well. Jammu and Kashmir bank is leader in providing such education's loans in Jammu and Kashmir being the leader bank here.

Tournament are organised both indoors and outdoors. All being friendly makes it count in wonderful memories. Other competitions are also undertaken. Being boys college, ratio of girls to his is very poor around 95:5, As only few colleges offer some courses like MASS COMM, ETC girls gets admission in boy's colleges.

I didn't use hostel facility. But my friends did and they had wonderful facility there. Facilities in hostel include clean water for drinking and hot and cold water for bathrooms. Electricity is available all three time. You have good voltage so as to have better experience. Parking facility is there also a beautiful park is in front of hostel.

All the students, whether current or those passed out are Very helpful.They are always available whenever needed. And will assure your positive demands are met.

Exams are directly controlled and exercised by Kashmir university. Colleges only to have to abide by the rules and regulations of the university of Kashmir. They are directly controlled by Jeannie university. Labs are well designed with required things, but needs more and more equipments day by day.

All the faculty are well qualified and also well experienced. They have many solutions for a single problem. they are always there to help you,whenever needed. I personally had met with some confusions and I would ask for a hero from the processor who would always make me understand in a best way. If in case, I had still some doubt, they were ready to spend their valuable time explaining.
