I applied for the Vellore institute of technology. The admission process will be one should select campus preference and course.As it is online counselling for me I have opted for course preference and campus preference. There will be many options provided in the portal.

Course Curriculum Overview

Computer science and engineering I like the field of software engineering so i choose this course. Students will be an average of 60 students per classroom. Faculty are Maximum Doctorate Holders and Ph.D.The teaching method will be Theory Classes and Lab sessions every week will be taught. Exams will be for one month and it is somewhat easy to pass in Srm if u study bit

Class Size: 56Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Many companies are likely to give Internship opportunities Many roles are offered with stipends. Projects will be done from the 4th year and mini-projects will be done from the 2nd semester itself. Companies will visit the college.

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for placements from the 6th Semester itself. More than 600 companies will visit the college and more than 1000 offers made in this 2021 academic year. The highest package till now for this year is 3500000 and the average package is 350000. In computer science and technology 100% placement according to faculty.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees will be 200000 tution fees and 15000 for books fee and 20000 for career development fee.Cost of Study will be somewhat high.The overall Fee will be 235000 per annum .There will be examination fees for every semester. Scholarship will be based on Merit.

Campus Life

The annual fest will be done and many events will be done for every festival and many cultural events dances will be there. There is a Central Library in the college. All the required books will be available there. Fans, Benches, Water will be available in the classroom. Sports will be encouraged by the college much and many extracurricular activities are done. Many clubs like campus life,code champ,etc which are run by students are available

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

4 years that changed my life

I was a Covid graduate so most exams were not being held the way they are normally done among so I appeared for all the college exams as they were held online. I applied for vit chennai and vit amravati and woxen Hyderabad. Got confirmed in woxen Hyderabad and vit amravati. I chose my college because of good word of mouth and easy traveling purposes.
