JEE Main was entrance which i took to get into MNNIT. During counselling, i got a chance for MNIT, Jaipur and MNNIT and through my friends i got the information MNNIT is better, so i choose MNNIT. My rank was 1916.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is not up to expectation, most of the languages are self taught. For research, labs are accessible even after the college hours. It is equipped with best technology equipment such as the PARAM SUPERCOMPUTER (purely Indian made). Special are present for research and professors would guide if you are interested.

Really really good! Needless to say, Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad has nearly 100% placements, with some of the top companies from all sectors visiting the campus. The minimum salary here is about Rs.5.5 lac, while the highest can go as high as 30 lpa.
College Events
The two gems and main festivals on the campus of my college are Aavishkar (technical fest) and Cculrav ( cultural fest ).We also have the chance to involve in NCC or NSS ( one of which is compulsory). Students are also provided with best of the coaches in every game and the most famous in my college is athletics. Intra and inter sports events are also organised yearly. We have one gymkhana where world class facility of gym equipment are available separate for girls and boys.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee for semester is 40000.It is expensive and mess fee is 13,000 per semester for all Btech Courses. The institute offers Bachelor Of Technology Degree Course in the following branches: Bio-Technology, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Production & Industrial Engineering.
Fees and Financial Aid
If you're in top 10% of your branch ( JEE Mains Rank for 1st years and CPI for others), you will receive an annual scholarship of 3000/- . You will have to fill a form for that.
Campus Life
Female to male ration is 1:10, Zero percent ragging in our college. The study environment is okay.You’ll have to handle all issues regarding academics by yourself dont expect too much from professors though they are ready to help(most of the time). Apart from the admin building and first year mega hostel,all building are old and dull .For Robotics, etc we have clubs for them. Overall, the life is good and up to the level which can be expected in the holy city of “Allahabad”.
