Entrance Preview
AIEEE and my rank is 86,000. I went for the counselling process where they allot seats in the college. They called IIT rankers first then AIEEE ranks in desending order. The respective rank guys should go and select the branch.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is good and average level difficulty. One can easily get above avg marks. But you get cent marks and cent knowledge one should always work hard. You can work hard only when you enjoy learning. Learning process should be step by step.
Internships Opportunities
No as far as i know our college does not provide internship. But it refers 4-2 students for practice school ..and provide practice school opportunity, there by helps to get little experience.
Placement Experience
The placement is pretty good for 2015 and 2016 batch. The 90% placements are related to it. It all depends on how much money your college pays for the company for coming on campus and also the software boom at that year. Core placements are very very low. Some good placements on finance field.
College Events
Every branch has its own technical and cultural events. And also there is aviversary every year where all branches and differebt college peopel participate. The main events are samyak (technical) and surabhi (cultural). Samyak deals with all the technical fests of all all branches. Mechanical fest name is yantrik in the samyak fest.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees is feasible I think its around 2 lac well back in my time its 1.1 lac some what affordable. They also increased hostel fees by 25% . Well they increased there facilities like labs, digital library etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes our college affiliated bank is SBH and they provide loan upto 4 lac on property etc. Scholarships are provided for good grade students at the time of admission of college.
Exam Structure
The exam structure is semester wise . One to eight semesters in 4 years of B.tech. Each semester contains Internals and externals. Internals are for 40 marks and externals are for 60 marks overall 100 marks. Coming to internals 40 marks. (assignment - 5 marks,mid 1,2 :- 20 marks, attendance -5 marks ,home assignment - 5 marks).
Faculty
The faculty are highly qualified. Minimum m.tech, on an avg 50 percent faculty is pretty good in delivering knowledge. The others are just avg in making students understand. Our faculty publishes paper every year.some are great professors and highly paid. They really work hard to make student understand the concepts.
