A very different learning experience

I availed admission in this college through CAT, all the colleges for which I was eligible I did apply, via general category. On clearing category and section cutoff you are eligible for further process of shortlisting.

The course curriculum is really occupied and tight containing both academic as well as non-academic activities necessary for overall growth. The faculty is a mixed bag of experience as well as younger teachers

From the first semester, students are eligible for college summer internships from the first month itself handled by the placements commitee. Even many live projects are brought in by the commitee.All the summer internship related information is available on the official site of IIM Amritsar

From the 3rd semester or after their internship process students are eligible for campus placements, even options like ppo are offered to deserving students, All placements-related data is available to public at the official website of iim Amritsar.

This is a full-time residential program with current fees of 13.2 lac for the whole course of two years and students are supposed to be on campus at times, there are some arrangements for scholarships, and fees hike is subject to college policy

This is a student-run campus and all activities from administration to recreation are under clubs and committees run by students. The annual fest AArunya also happens around November. The library facility is available on the campus

The rooms are of 2BHK type in a housing colony with flat system, these are in blessings city and flats are provided by college on temporary basis. The menu has a lot of variety and breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner is served in same mess

I faced interview by panelist of various IIMs during respective IIMs shortlisting process, other than interview other criteria like diversity points were also weighed in while deciding final score. i prepared for these rounds by self studying
