Remarks
I got a rank of 10,500 in the EAMCET examination. I applied for SV University, but for my rank i didn't got seat there,so i opted Svce as it is one of the top colleges in tirupati. I got seat here in my first counselling itself. I waited for 3rounds but i didn't got seat in SV University. So i fixed my seat here. The counselling process is so easy. They ask for the EAMCET rank card and some certificates like TC,Study certificate and finalize the seat. After joining the college we can submit the remaining certificates like marksheet etc and we have pay the fee after having admission.
Course Curriculum Overview
As Computer Science and Engineering is the trendy and high rated course me too opted for it. The faculty are good. Every class has 70members and one faculty was enough as the rooms are spacious. The curriculum was surely worthy, because it includes the topics that are very much required for placements.They also include the evolving technologies as the curriculum. The mid exams are once in two months, Sem exams are once in six months, the only trouble here is our papers are corrected by JNTUA, so it is some what difficult to pass. But now the college become autonumous, so now passing the exams is somewhat easy.
Internships Opportunities
There are not many internships available in the college. Only some students get a chance for internships from a class based on grades. But projects will be there from the third year itself. With good grades, one can expect internships with a good stipend and a job too.
Placement Experience
SVCE is one of the top providers of placements in Tirupati. Students from 7th sem are eligible for placements. Seperate training will be given from 2nd year itself for placements.An average of 5lpa will be given, highest will be 8-10lpa and lowest will be 3.5lpa.More than 80 percent students get placed easily every year.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees is 65000 per annum. This is for rank holders, for management seats extra 100000 donations will be there. For students who are eligible under AP Govt fee reimbursement fee will be only 12000. There will be no scholarships or stipends from college, we have to get them from any other sources.
Campus Life
Campus life will be very good. The classrooms are highly spacious and fully equipped with CC cameras and projectors, good light and ventilation, and nice infrastructure. The library is very large with a huge number of books for all departments. For sports, there is a special room where we can play indoor games. For outdoor games, there is a large ground, basketball, and volleyball courts. Monthly once events are conducted, but now reduced due to covid. Seniors run many clubs for the sake of freshers.
