The schedule is very well monitored. We not only have the academics but also external training from industry experts which is very helpful & resourceful. Faculty encourages students in the training programs and also in internships. Many workshops are conducted such as IOT, Android and so on. It's all in one's hands to use these wonderful opportunities.

The weightage of resume during a placement depends on the internships and the projects you did in the academics. College has partnership with IBM which offers the internship to the students. You can choose the technology you are interested in. Also, by participating in the workshops conducted in the campus would help you to work on the projects of that particular technology they offer. College's internal training provided by the external industrial expert which is a collaboration with TalentSprint Private Limited called WISE- Women In Software Engineering helps to achieve academic excellence by making you do your own projects. Also ATL- Assistive Technology Lab that works in collaboration with the University of Massachusetts (UMass) which works for to design and a noble cause to benefit the differently-abled people. Faculty helps students to develop real world project as a part of ATL under their guidance.

Placements are the key factor which stands out when we choose what's the best college. And SVECW stays in top 5 mostly all years. Each year it breaks it's own records in both the package amount and number of students placed. It's equally important to check the number of students placed as the merit student can get the placement no matter what. So, the average rate is important to keep in mind. College provides the best training in terms of placement and is highly priortised in the placements season which is the main reason the success rate. The 2021 passed out batch's highest package is 40lpa and the number of placements are 913* till date. And the list of companies that recruited the students would exceed the character limit.

The fee structure is affordable and you can also apply for the scholarships provided by the government. And furthermore, the college will also provide financial assistance to the students who can't afford certain fees.

Well, you have a lot to participate in extracurricular activities if you can manage well. There are abundant events conducted by different clubs which are announced prior. The annual fest is on women's day March 8. You can have your stalls, performances, DJs. And the festival celebrations, movie promotions where you get a chance to meet your favorite stars. Coaches to train you in sports and tournaments to exhibit your skills. Also, plenty of books are available in the library and they can provide the books if you ask to the librarian.

There are many hostels with different infrastructure and price ranges. You can have AC or Non-AC hostels. It is well maintained and if you have any problem, it'll be solved very soon when raised a complaint about it to the warden. The meal quality is so good when compared to most of the other college's hostels. Maybe, one can't admit that until they experience other colleges as well. Hostel fees may range from 65000-110000.
