I applied all the colleges available through CAT, the process of admission happened by screening first , shortlisting of candidates by interested colleges then interviews In online mode and then weighing on various parameters i was granted admission into the course.

The teaching curriculum is similar to other IIMs with faculty using engaging means to teach the class, classes are discussions driven and case study methodology is used. The exams are conducted according to schedule and the marking system is relative

The internships are offered to start from the first month of start and till the end of the 3rd semester. The internships usually last for 2 months and are paid. Live projects are also available for students to gain experience and credibility from

IIM Amritsar states about 100% placements with companies in all the domains. The students become eligible for campus placements after 1st year or after their internships. I plan to work in the corporate sector in the analytics industry

I'm in the first year of the course, fees structure is divided into six semesters excluding that of mess which is also to be paid each semester. Various scholarship opportunities are available for students to avail be it based on merit or financial status

AArunya is the annual tech and management fest that is conducted in IIM Amritsar. There is a library at a college campus with articles, journals and books. Classrooms are well equipped with ACs, projectors and seating arrangements. Other activities are taken care of by clubs and committees run by students.

The hostel rooms are well equipped and very spacious with a twin sharing system, located in blessings city, Amritsar. Mess food is decent in taste due to mass production. The rooms are allocated once you avail of admission and report on campus.

The written exam that is CAT has to be given in order to get admission into these colleges, after that there is GD round but due to pandemic I didn't had to go through it and direct interview process was initiated . Interview questions include that of your background, business acumen, GK,etc
