PUC+BTech review

I have applied for APRJC and Polytechnic too before I've joined in RGUKT-Nuzvid campus. I've passed both of the exams with a good rank and I've attended the process too. But after I was selected for the IIIT-Nuzvid campus I've rejected both of them. Our University is established in order to help the students who can't afford money for their higher studies. The students who studied at governments schools and have a better GPA in the 10th class are eligible for IIIT admissions. In admissions, the authority looks at different aspects like 10th GPA, Cast, reservations etc. But most of the students are from Government schools. After we are selected we will have a counselling program in which we are complete our process for being in the college and will be provided by an identity card. If you are an OC candidate you should most probably have a 10 GPA. And for other categories, it depends upon your cast and reservations.

In RGUKT we have an integrated b.tech with PUC(Pre University Course). At first, we have to pass out both PUC-1 and PUC-2 exams. Then only you will be allotted to take a branch in engineering. For every year around 1000 to 1200 members will be selected by our university. There will be around 15-20 members of faculty will be present for the PUC course. And I don't about the faculty count for engineering because I've just passed out PUC. Most of the faculty are from IIT's and NITs for the engineering level. At the PUC level, Most of the faculty are those who completed their PhD's and some of them are from IIT's and nits too. They will teach in a good manner that every student can understand mostly. In normal situations, we will have plenty of time between exam to the exam but due to corona the way of exams conducting is quite different i.e., the time interval between exam to exam i.e, for example, one mid to another is very short and it became difficult to pass out otherwise it's good in all aspects.

In our university mostly CSE and ECE departments students are getting internships with the highest stipend of 15-30k per month. And ECE students are gettings jobs in some better companies through projects.

Most 3rd and 4th year engineering students are eligible for campus placements. 3rd year engineering students will be selected for an internship with a good stipend of around 15-30k depending on the aspect. And 4th year engineering students will be selected for the permanent jobs. Mostly Wipro, HCl and some other small scale industry companies will frequently visit our college. Minimum 20-30% of each and every branch students will be selected for the jobs, mostly service sector based jobs. In our college it is 13+lpa is the highest package and 3-5 LPA is the average packages offered by most of the Industries.

The fees in RGUKT is free of cost. Because we will be provided with scholarships for both college and hostel. There is no need to spend a single rupee. All the necessaries are provided by the college like uniforms, shoes, laptops etc. Most of the students will receive Jagananna Vidhyadeevena for the college fee and Jagananna Vasathi Deevena for the hostel fee. On our campus, every year campus selections will be conducted for both 3rd and 4th year engineering students. Engineering 3rd year students will be selected for internships too with a good stipend of around 15-30k per month. Mostly our college seniors will be selected for Wipro and some other service sector based jobs.

Every year the university will conduct a freshers fest for the newly joined students to feel free and good in the campus and hostel too. And every year we will conduct teckzite which is very popular in which even students from abroad can participate too etc. If we talk about the library, we will be provided with almost everything we needed to study. The books are grouped for each and every branch. So there will be no confusion. Not only study books, but we can also find newspapers and some magazines too. There will be a lot of books to go through not only the subject but also the things around you. In our university, the administration concentrates on sports too. The students who are skilled in particular sports will be trained for the competitions. So our administration concentrates on both education and sports.

In hostels we will be provided with a cot, bed, pillow, pair of bedsheets and a pair of bath towels. In normal conditions, 3 members are allowed for a room but due to corona, present 2 members for a single room is allowed. In total there are three floors for a single building and on each floor, there will be a total of 4 bathrooms at the 4 corners. In total two blocks are allotted for boys and 3 blocks for girls. when we come to the quality of the meals it is better than any other private college. The meal quality will be good but not too much. And we will be provided with milk and coffee in the morning and Tea in snacks time. When well come to menu matter, the menu is different for each day but it is the same for every week.
